Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy on refunds and cancellations for Gold Fund payments.

Summary: Payments for group unlocks are generally non-refundable once the group is activated. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for failed or duplicate transactions. Contact us at universalcalculators@gmail.com within 7 days for any payment issues.

1. What We Charge For

Gold Fund charges a one-time fee of ₹99 (Indian Rupees) to unlock groups with more than 10 members. Groups with 10 or fewer members are always free. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Your payment was debited but the group was not created due to a technical error on our platform
  • You were charged twice for the same group (duplicate transaction)
  • Payment was deducted but Razorpay did not confirm the transaction, and funds did not return within 7 business days

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the group has been successfully created and unlocked
  • Deciding to reduce group size to 10 or fewer members after payment
  • Disputes about features that were clearly described before purchase
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the original transaction

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at universalcalculators@gmail.com with the subject: "Refund Request — [Your Group Name]".

Please include:

  • Registered email address on your Gold Fund account
  • Razorpay Payment ID (from your bank statement or Razorpay confirmation email)
  • Date and amount of the transaction
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Screenshot of the payment confirmation (if available)

4. Refund Processing Time

Once validated, we process refunds within 5–7 business days. Timelines by method:

  • UPI: 1–3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Wallets: 1–3 business days

5. Failed Payments

If your payment fails but money was deducted, the amount is typically reversed automatically by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If not reversed, contact us with your Razorpay Payment ID and we will investigate on your behalf.

6. Cancellation Policy

There is no subscription to cancel — each group unlock is a one-time purchase. You may stop using Gold Fund at any time. To delete your account and all data, email us at universalcalculators@gmail.com and we will process it within 30 days. Account deletion is irreversible.
