By accessing or using Gold Fund at goldfund.universalcalculators.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Gold Fund is a web-based platform for managing community gold savings groups. The platform allows group administrators to:

• Create and manage gold savings groups
• Track gold prices and compute monthly contributions
• Record member details and draw history
• Conduct monthly winner draws
• Generate PDF reports

Gold Fund is a management tool only. We do not facilitate actual financial transactions between group members, hold funds on behalf of members, or provide financial advisory services.

To use Gold Fund, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.

Groups with up to 10 members are available at no charge. Groups with 11 or more members require a one-time payment of ₹99 (Indian Rupees) per group.

All payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's Terms of Service. By making a payment, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In general, payments are non-refundable once a group has been successfully created and activated.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Use the platform to defraud group members or misappropriate funds
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform

All content, features, and functionality of Gold Fund — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Universal Calculators and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Gold Fundis provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Universal Calculators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Gold Fund.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
